The main font (FAMAGUSTA) represents the city as an historic place, which is the most touristic potential of the walled city. Beside that the font which look feminine and romantic, used for the slogan under the logo, in order to emphasise drama and romance within the history of the city. On the other hand contemporary, dynamic looked graphic used in order to emphasise that the city does not only have magical historic places but also it adapt it self to nowadays lifestyle and provide contemporary facilities. Combination of blue background colour and the spiral looked graphic represent Famagusta as the city surrounded by the magical walls as well as the sea.
